no building energy rating.
house is extreemly damp.
i lived there and got 3 chest infections in the space of 9 months.
mould all over walls.no peoper ventilation. vermin droppings all over when i moved in and to top it all over the grounds/sheds are in a state of severe neglegance by the owner.
The price for a propert in this condition is extortionate plus with a scenic walk adjacent privacy is compromised. If you view this demand a B.E.R because the place cost a small fortune to heat due to no open fire/back boiler. overall the worst property I have rented in my life. Avoid if at all possible

There are some very valid points here. However considering Coillte’s very poor past in encouraging native woodlands Wild Nephin is a step in the right direction.

For Wild Nephin to reach its potential, large amounts of birch, rowan and willow need to be planted. Some rarer trees too could be included like sessile oak, bird cherry and aspen. I don’t think 10 years is enough. It would be great to see woodland charities invited in to organise volunteering camps to assist this.
